A spokesperson for developer Matthews West told The 蜜桃视频app that what can be seen in the photo is footings being poured for the Welcome Gate, a piece byS岣祑x瘫wú7mesh Úxwumixw (蜜桃视频appNation) artist (in the sub-area plan, this piece is referred to as the Lands End Monument).
