Re: "Building a quiet oasis," (Chief, Aug. 26) by Rebecca Aldous.
A quiet oasis of prayerful nuns is needed and most welcome.
It is no accident that they are here in our midst.
I would ask them to pray for our community: the youth and the aged;
the floundering business owners trying to survive;
the working poor;
the homeless;
the lonely and the unemployed. Knowing that they will all be praying for us daily will encourage and give strength to continue.
There are no coincidences and I have faith that there will be brighter days ahead with the help and prayers of this little light from the Queen of Peace Monastery in the Upper 蜜桃视频appValley.Marie WilsonGaribaldi Highlands
