About a dozen cases confirmed of children receiving vaccine only approved for adults

Vancouver Coastal Health is apologizing and says it's updating its immunization processes after confirming a dozen incidents in which youth were given the wrong COVID-19 vaccine.

PRINCE GEORGE, B.C. — British Columbia's police watchdog is investigating after a man was shot and seriously injured by an RCMP officer. The RCMP say an officer in Prince George was conducting an investigation shortly before 7 a.m.

The incident follows days after Tk'emlups te Secwepemc announced it had located the remains of 215 children on the grounds of the former residential school.
